PLEDGE TO SELLERS

Many people think that it's easy to sell a house in this current Seller's market. Karen's answer is "That may be partially correct . . . but it's really not that easy to get the best contract with the best terms. It doesn't help the Seller if the Buyer's loan information is interpreted incorrectly - or if all the necessary legal disclosures and documents are not completed in the right way. Nothing happens magically without experienced guidance."

Karen has an uncanny ability to correctly forecast market trends. She can quickly analyze the optimum price for your home. Many times, she sees other homes priced incorrectly. She knows the problems that come with inexperience and incorrect pricing. Too high a price will make your home languish on the market.
