Many people think that it's easy to sell a house in this current
Seller's market. Karen's answer is "That may be partially correct . . . but
it's really not that easy to get the best contract with the best terms. It
doesn't help the Seller if the Buyer's loan information is interpreted
incorrectly - or if all the necessary legal disclosures and documents are not
completed in the right way. Nothing happens magically without experienced
guidance."
